About us
Lasita is a Filipino rotisserie and natural wine bar located at the Far East Plaza in Chinatown, Los Angeles. Owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Chase and Steff Valencia, Lasita’s menu draws from Filipino flavors & rotisserie cooking with a California sensibility paired with a thoughtful selection of low-intervention wines.
Bill Addison of the Los Angeles Times called Lasita “wonderfully Los Angeles because it’s a natural wine bar that meets an evolving moment of modern Filipino cooking.” Lasita was also named one of Bon Appétit’s 50 Best New Restaurants in America and one of the NY Times’ 25 Best Resturants in LA.
